Provides mentorship, training, and resources to strengthen organizations and movements,
ensuring they can sustain and scale their impact.
Co-op Development
Aims to develop worker-owned cooperatives that strengthen Black economic self-determination.
Scope of Work: Return to the Source
RTS operates at the intersection of political education, movement incubation, and revolutionary organizing, supporting Black and working-class communities in Virginia, North Carolina, and the Gullah Geechee corridor while fostering national and international solidarity. Rooted in Black radical traditions, our work focuses on building self-determined movements, dismantling oppressive systems, and creating liberated alternatives.
